Senior lawyer to join a Managed Legal Services (MLS) team focused on large, complex property portfolios. This is a client‑facing, non‑traditional fee‑earning role that combines legal expertise, team leadership and modern, tech‑enabled service delivery.

You will help design and deliver scalable MLS solutions, lead a team of lawyers, manage end‑to‑end delivery of portfolio matters, and work with legal operations to drive process optimisation, automation and consistent quality standards. The role involves regular engagement with clients to provide commercial, asset‑management focused advice and to shape integrated hybrid solutions.

Qualified lawyer in England & Wales with 10+ years’ PQE in property/asset management.

Comfortable with legal technology, process improvement and data‑driven portfolio management.
Strong commercial mindset, excellent stakeholder engagement and experience in alternative/managed legal service delivery models.
