Join a market-leading Property managed-legal-services (MLS) team as a senior lawyer focused on asset management. The role is open to candidates across multiple UK offices, with regular client-facing work supporting large portfolios and in-house estate teams.

You will provide hands-on legal support across portfolio matters, leading negotiation and drafting of leases, licences, surrenders, variations, extensions and related documentation, and helping to drive standardisation and efficient service delivery through a progressive resourcing and technology model.

The team values practical, commercially-focused advice, collaborative working and efficient matter management. Flexible and agile working arrangements are available.

Qualified solicitor with 4–10 years’ PQE in English law.
Proven asset management experience on complex portfolios or large client accounts.
Strong drafting and negotiation skills across leases, licences and estate‑management documentation.
Client‑facing, commercially minded approach with excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Comfortable using legal technology and digital tools to manage portfolios and compliance.
