3+ years' experience in securitization, warehouse financing or related structured finance transactions
Strong experience with mortgage-related assets (residential mortgage loans or other consumer assets preferred)
Experience drafting and negotiating financing documents and SPV/structuring documentation
Excellent written and oral communication skills; strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters
