Senior associate role in a US banking and finance group based in San Francisco focused on mortgage finance and structured finance transactions. The team handles securitizations, warehouse financings, SPV financings and related structured financings across residential mortgage and other consumer-asset pools.

The role will involve lead drafting and negotiating transaction documents, managing deal process with lenders/issuers and coordinating across practices on complex, often cross-border financings. Strong exposure to large-scale securitizations and warehouse facilities is expected.

3+ years' experience in securitization, warehouse financing or related structured finance transactions
Experience with residential mortgage loans or other consumer assets preferred
Demonstrated transactional drafting and negotiation skills on financing documents
Strong academic credentials and ability to work on complex, high-volume matters
JD and active bar admission (or eligibility) required
