Growing Investment Funds & Private Capital team is hiring mid–senior level private funds associates to work on fund formation, fund structuring, capital raising and related matters across a range of illiquid asset classes (private equity, real estate, credit and similar strategies).

Role may be based in several U.S. offices; candidates should be admitted and in good standing in the jurisdiction where they will be hired. Outstanding academic credentials and prior law firm experience advising on private fund formations are required.

Applicants should be prepared to submit a cover letter, resume, law school transcript and deal sheet. The posted salary range for this role is $310,000–$435,000 (actual compensation will depend on experience and other factors).

Mid–senior level associate with meaningful experience in private fund formation and fund structuring
Experience advising on capital raising and related regulatory/transactional issues for private equity, real estate, credit or other illiquid-asset funds
Outstanding academic credentials and prior law firm experience
Admission and good standing to practice in the hiring jurisdiction; strong writing and transactional skills
