Join a large, international corporate team in Belfast as a newly qualified solicitor working on multijurisdictional M&A and corporate transactions. The role offers hybrid working within a busy centre that supports global clients and cross‑border matters.

You will be part of project teams handling due diligence, drafting corporate and commercial documentation, and coordinating transactions with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions. Comfortable working in teams across jurisdictions; familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and online research tools.
