Join a busy real estate planning team advising developers, landowners, investors and occupiers on planning, compulsory purchase and related public law matters. The role offers exposure to planning strategy, applications and appeals, enforcement, CIL and section 106/infrastructure agreements, plus environmental and highways issues.

You will work closely with real estate and corporate colleagues on transactional and development matters, handle your own matters under supervision, and contribute to client-facing work, thought leadership and business development activities. Hybrid working is offered in line with team needs.

  • Qualified (or due to qualify by Sept 2026) as a solicitor in England & Wales (NQ)
  • Knowledge of planning law and related areas (CIL, s106/infrastructure agreements, compulsory purchase, appeals and enforcement)
  • Experience in due diligence for real estate and transactional matters; competent drafting and negotiation skills
  • Strong time management, organisation, commercial mindset and client-focused approach; able to work in a team and manage own workload
  • Willingness to participate in business development, writing and knowledge initiatives; commitment to regulatory compliance (SRA)
