Established international law firm seeks a mid-level Corporate Real Estate Associate to join a busy, growing Real Estate practice in London. The role involves working on high-value, complex transactions that sit at the intersection of corporate and real estate law.

Day-to-day work will include corporate real estate joint ventures and structured investments, acquisitions and dispositions of real estate and real estate-holding structures, capital solutions and M&A with real estate components, and cross-border/multi-jurisdictional matters. The role offers significant client exposure and close teamwork with senior lawyers across multiple practices (Real Estate, Tax, Finance, Private Equity).

3-4 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in real estate or related transactional practice
Experience at a top international law firm on complex, high-value transactions
Strong transactional drafting and negotiating skills, with exposure to joint ventures, M&A and cross-border matters
Ability to work collaboratively across practices and with senior lawyers; good commercial judgment
