NQ Associate — Restructuring (Nottingham)

Practice team in Nottingham is recruiting a Newly Qualified / 0–2 PQE solicitor to join a busy Restructuring & Insolvency group. The role offers a mix of non-contentious and contentious matters, with primary exposure to corporate and real estate restructuring and regular contact with senior lawyers on larger mandates.

Typical work includes supporting multi-stakeholder restructurings, administrations and distressed-debt matters across retail, energy, education and financial services sectors. There are opportunities to lead on smaller instructions and to contribute to local business development and client-facing work.

• Newly Qualified to c.2 years PQE with at least one seat in Restructuring/Insolvency
• Strong technical restructuring and insolvency knowledge
• Excellent academic record and attention to detail
• Good organisation, prioritisation skills and client-service focus
