Join a specialist digital legal delivery team supporting banking and finance transactions across real estate finance, securitisation, energy and leveraged finance. The role is client-facing and sits within a busy finance group, working alongside cross-office teams on transactional and outsourcing matters.

Typical duties include drafting and reviewing financing and security documents, assisting with company searches and closing processes, and supporting outsourcing projects such as NDAs and routine banking documents. The post-holder will also have opportunities to supervise junior staff and liaise with colleagues across the wider practice network.

Newly qualified solicitor (or due to qualify in September 2026) in England & Wales or Northern Ireland; candidates qualified in other common‑law jurisdictions will be considered and should be willing to requalify if required.
Experience in a legal environment (private practice or in‑house) and exposure to Banking & Finance transactional work during training or as a paralegal is desirable.
Commercial drafting skills for finance and security documents, and familiarity with real‑estate finance, lending or securitisation preferred.
Client‑facing attitude, strong attention to detail, good time management and ability to work collaboratively with remote teams.
