Join a global firm's Digital Legal Delivery team in Belfast as a Senior Solicitor working on a broad range of finance matters delivered through a technology-enabled managed-legal model. The role sits within the finance practice and supports securitisation, structured finance, project and energy finance, real estate finance and leveraged finance workstreams.

You will work closely with senior Digital Finance colleagues and finance teams in other offices, act as a key client contact on delegated matters, and help develop and deliver efficient, scalable legal solutions using legal technology and process improvement.

The role includes people management and supervision of more junior colleagues, contribution to business development and pitching activity, and occasional UK travel.

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales or Northern Ireland (other common-law jurisdictions considered; willing to requalify where required)
At least 3 years' relevant PQE in finance transactions
Practical experience in securitisation/structured finance, project finance or leveraged finance at mid‑associate level or above
Strong drafting, negotiation and project-management skills; familiarity with legal technology and process optimisation
Foundational people management and business development skills and an understanding of law‑firm financial efficiency
