Join a growing Digital Legal Delivery finance team based in Belfast, working on banking and structured finance matters as part of an integrated international finance practice. The role offers exposure to a range of transactions, including real estate finance, securitisation, energy finance and leveraged finance, and opportunities to work with specialist finance teams across other offices.

This is a client-facing position within a managed-legal-service environment: you will support and lead aspects of financing transactions, assist with outsourcing/BAU finance projects, and develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The role is staffed within a high‑performance, inclusive team and may involve limited travel to other offices.

Newly qualified solicitor in England & Wales or Northern Ireland, or due to qualify in September 2026; candidates qualified in other common-law jurisdictions will be considered and should be willing to requalify in England & Wales if required.
Experience in a legal environment (training contract, paralegal or in-house) with exposure to Banking & Finance transactional work preferred.
Familiarity or interest in securitisation, structured finance, real estate finance or leveraged finance.
Strong drafting, document-management and client-facing skills; ability to work collaboratively with cross-office teams and to supervise more junior staff when required.
