Join a specialist digital legal delivery team supporting large finance transactions from a Belfast base. The role sits within a market-leading finance practice and focuses on securitisation, structured and project finance, energy and real estate finance, and leveraged finance matters delivered via managed legal solutions.

The post will involve working closely with fee-earning teams elsewhere in the UK, acting as a client-facing senior solicitor on discrete pieces of work, supervising junior colleagues, and contributing to practice development and process improvement using legal technology.

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales or Northern Ireland (other common-law qualifications considered; willingness to requalify where required).
Minimum c.3 years' relevant PQE in finance transactions (mid-associate level experience).
Practical experience across securitisation/structured finance, project finance, real estate finance or leveraged finance.
Strong drafting, negotiation and project-management skills; experience supervising junior staff.
Commercial awareness of cost-efficiency and contribution to business development activities.
