A solicitor role within a specialist Digital Legal Delivery finance team based in Belfast. The team provides managed legal services and works closely with international finance groups on a range of financing transactions, including real estate finance, securitisation, energy finance and leveraged finance.

The role is client-facing and involves drafting and reviewing finance documentation, managing closing processes, supporting outsourcing projects and acting as an extension of clients' in-house teams. There will be regular collaboration with other finance teams across the firm's international network and occasional travel to other offices.

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales or Northern Ireland (other common law jurisdictions considered); willing to requalify if required
1-3 years' PQE, with at least 6 months' experience in Banking & Finance transactional work
Experience in drafting finance and security documentation and managing conditions precedent/closing processes
Strong client-facing skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams; prior private practice or in-house experience desirable
