Of Counsel, Employment (Class Action) — Cincinnati

Senior litigation role in a national employment and labor practice with a broad presence across the United States. The team defends employers in agency proceedings and complex employment disputes, with heavy experience in class and collective wage-and-hour litigation.

The role will be based in the Cincinnati office and involves courtroom, agency and alternative dispute resolution work, plus counseling and training for employer clients on discrimination, wage-and-hour and related employment issues.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA‑accredited law school
• 8+ years' experience defending class/collective actions, particularly wage‑and‑hour matters
• Admitted to the Ohio bar and in good standing
• Proven experience acting as lead counsel in litigation; strong trial and ADR experience
• Familiarity with federal and state agency enforcement practices and employer counseling
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational/project management skills
