Legal Training and Development Attorney — Education

Leading global law firm seeks a Legal Training and Development Attorney to lead business-unit and practice-group training across its U.S. offices. This role will be a strategic, hands-on leader responsible for designing, implementing, and refining training programs that support lawyer development, practice performance, and firmwide learning priorities.

The role partners with practice leaders, senior practice managers, lawyer development and innovation teams to assess needs, develop curriculum, and track individual progress against benchmarks. A key focus is integrating legal technology, Gen AI, and other innovations into training content and delivery.

• Licensed attorney with 7+ years of substantive experience
• Proven project management and presentation skills
• Fluency with legal and workplace technology; experience with AI-enabled tools preferred
• Experience in Big Law or a comparable firm environment preferred
