A leading global law firm is seeking a Business Innovation Attorney to join its East Coast team, based in New York. This role sits at the intersection of legal practice and technology, helping attorneys integrate artificial intelligence and other emerging tools into their day-to-day work while taking a leading role in shaping the firm's client-facing strategy on these issues.

Working under a senior innovation lead, you will combine solution development, user enablement, and hands-on support to drive meaningful adoption and measurable impact. The position is hybrid and may be based in one of the firm's U.S. offices, with travel as required for client events and meetings.

This is an opportunity for a lawyer with a genuine interest in legal technology to influence how a major practice adopts and markets AI-driven capabilities to clients around the world.

JD degree required; an MBA is preferred.
At least two years of experience as a practicing attorney, in large-law business development, or as a legal technologist.
Fluency with legal technology and AI, including generative AI/LLMs and automation, and the ability to translate capabilities into practical use cases.
Experience developing and implementing technology solutions that improve efficiency.
Strong executive presence and the ability to lead presentations on complex technical topics to non-technical audiences.
Understanding of large-law business models, operations, and client expectations.
Collaborative, highly organized, and adaptable, with sound judgment and initiative.
