Of Counsel — Employment & Labor, Chicago

A national employment-focused law practice is seeking an Of Counsel attorney to join its Chicago litigation team. The role emphasizes defense-side labor and employment work: investigations, administrative charges, state and federal litigation, mediations and arbitrations.

The successful candidate will work on document-intensive cases as part of a collaborative team, providing counseling and courtroom/agency representation for employer clients across a range of employment claims.

• JD from an accredited law school
• 8+ years of employment/labor litigation experience preferred
• Illinois bar admission preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple, document‑intensive matters and produce high‑quality work independently
• Strong written and oral communication, organizational and case‑management skills; effective team collaborator
