The role supports matters involving post-closing indemnity claims, representations-and-warranties insurance disputes, and other commercial litigation arising from transactions.
Typical responsibilities include supervising associates, developing case strategy, working with experts, handling discovery and depositions, and drafting motions, briefs and client correspondence. The position follows a hybrid working model with a regular in-office presence and some remote flexibility.
- Admission to practice in the jurisdiction where you will be based
- Minimum 8 years' post-qualification experience handling M&A post-closing indemnity disputes and/or representations & warranty insurance disputes
- Experience with M&A transaction documentation and damages calculations
- Strong research, analytical and writing skills; supervisory and project-management experience
