Of Counsel, M&A & Private Equity — New York

Senior corporate attorney role within a major New York corporate practice advising private equity sponsors and corporate clients on acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments and related transactional matters. The position offers significant client contact and autonomy to manage deals end-to-end.

Ideal for an entrepreneurial lawyer with deep M&A/private equity transaction experience, strong drafting and deal-management skills, and a commercial, business-development mindset. The role includes responsibility for leading transactions, interacting directly with clients, and developing business.

• Of Counsel-level or equivalent senior associate (class years 2015+ noted as a guide)
• Substantial experience handling M&A and private equity transactions
• Proven experience drafting transaction documents and managing deal processes
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, lead matters, and develop client relationships
