Established national labor & employment practice seeking an OSHA-focused associate to join its Seattle office. The role centers on counseling and defending employer clients on federal and state workplace safety and health (OSHA) matters, with support on related employment litigation as needed.

Responsibilities include advising on EH&S compliance, handling OSHA-related litigation and administrative matters, managing external vendors and counsel, providing crisis-response support, and developing proactive training and policy solutions for clients.

  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials
  • 3+ years of employment litigation experience; OSHA-specific experience required
  • Admission to practice in Washington (or ability to become admitted)
  • Experience managing regulatory investigations, administrative proceedings, or OSHA defense matters
  • Strong writing, oral advocacy, project management, and client-counseling skills; able to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments
