We are seeking a 3rd–6th year associate to join a dynamic Employment Litigation group in Seattle. This role offers the opportunity to take on significant responsibility and handle complex matters typically handled by mid-level associates.

Responsibilities include working on high-profile single-plaintiff employment cases, systemic discrimination and wage-and-hour class actions, and pre-litigation matters; responding to administrative charges; conducting internal investigations; counseling clients on a wide range of employment issues; and taking an active role in cutting-edge legal work. The position also involves taking and defending depositions, making court appearances at important hearings, arguing motions, and handling mediations.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated, creative, practical, and possesses outstanding interpersonal skills, exceptional writing ability, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team. Attorneys in this group work directly with corporate clients and manage complex cases from start to finish.

3–6 years of litigation experience (at least 2 years required)
Excellent academic credentials
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Completed JD from an accredited law school
Member of the Washington State Bar
