Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition practice in the Baltimore office. The role will involve advising corporate clients on antitrust counseling, merger control and competition-related investigations, and leading complex matters across industries.

The partner will join a cross-office team and will be expected to develop and maintain client relationships, supervise senior associates, and work collaboratively on multidisciplinary transactions and disputes. The team handles both transactional and enforcement matters for domestic and international clients.

Proven partnership-level experience in antitrust and competition law, including merger control and enforcement matters
Strong track record of client relationship development and business generation; a portable practice or client base is welcome
Experience supervising teams and managing complex matters across offices
Bar admission and standing required
