Partner — Antitrust & Competition, Litigation and Corporate (Minneapolis)

Seeking a partner to join a major global firm’s Minneapolis team to lead and expand antitrust and competition work alongside related litigation and transactional matters. The role involves counseling corporate clients on competition law, managing complex litigation, and supporting transactional antitrust clearance and risk work.

The team regularly handles cross-practice matters requiring coordination between litigation and corporate groups; the role offers significant client-facing responsibility and leadership within the local office. Candidates with an established, portable practice and demonstrable business development capability will be prioritized.

• Proven partner-level experience in antitrust and competition law, including litigation and transactional counseling
• Track record of handling complex commercial litigation and antitrust clearance or merger review work
• Demonstrable client-development ability; portable book of business preferred
• Strong leadership, team management, and cross-practice collaboration skills
