Established international law firm seeks a partner to join its Denver office to lead and grow a mixed antitrust, litigation and corporate practice. The role combines courtroom and transactional work across competition matters and related commercial disputes.

The ideal candidate will take a senior leadership role on client engagements, mentor junior lawyers, and work collaboratively with national and international teams. A portable practice or demonstrable client relationships in antitrust/competition or related commercial litigation/transactions will be highly valued.

Partner-level experience handling antitrust/competition matters and related commercial litigation or transactional work
Proven business development record or a portable practice and strong client relationships
Ability to lead teams, manage complex matters, and work with cross-office groups
Active bar admission in Colorado or willingness to obtain admission
JD from an accredited law school and significant litigation/transactional experience at the partner level
