Partner — Antitrust, Intellectual Property & Corporate (Dallas)

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Dallas office to grow a cross-practice litigation and transactional practice. The role will sit at the intersection of patent litigation (with a focus on life sciences and technology), antitrust litigation connected to private equity matters, and corporate/transactional work.

The partner will collaborate with established teams across IP, antitrust and corporate practices and help originate and manage high‑value matters for sophisticated corporate clients. This is an opportunity to build a visible, portable practice within a broad platform that supports cross‑practice referrals.

• Established partner with a portable practice and demonstrable client origination experience
• Significant experience in patent litigation and/or antitrust litigation, especially matters involving technology, life sciences or private equity
• Track record of leading teams and developing client relationships
• Ability to work across litigation and corporate teams and mentor junior lawyers
