Senior partner-level role for a specialist asset finance practice advising on aviation and shipping financings across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The role will handle asset-backed financings and related cross-border matters, with frequent interaction on aviation and maritime collateral, leasing, and finance documentation.

Work will include high-value cross-jurisdictional matters and international arbitration and dispute work arising from asset finance transactions. The team advises on matters touching oil & gas and construction-related asset finance where relevant.

The hire should bring a portable practice and demonstrable client relationships for immediate origination and growth across the region.

Proven partner-level experience in aviation or shipping asset-backed finance.
Track record advising on cross-border financings and related international arbitration or dispute resolution.
Established, portable client relationships / book of business suitable for a regional practice.
Ability to work across UAE and Saudi Arabian markets and coordinate multi-jurisdictional matters.
Strong drafting and negotiation skills for finance documentation and security packages.
