High-profile US-based finance team seeks a lateral partner to lead and grow its derivatives practice. The role focuses on advising on a wide range of derivatives transactions and regulatory matters for institutional clients across capital markets.

The team works on complex, cross-border matters and partners closely with related finance and regulatory groups. The firm is looking for a partner with an established, portable derivatives practice who can originate and manage client relationships and mentor junior lawyers.

Established partner with deep derivatives experience (documentation, trading, collateral, ISDA, and related regulatory work).
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable practice required.
Strong technical knowledge of US derivatives law and relevant regulations; experience on cross-border matters a plus.
Ability to lead deal teams, supervise associates, and contribute to business development and client strategy.
Active US bar admission (or eligible) and willingness to work in a high-demand, collaborative environment.
