Leading international law firm seeks a partner to join its Dallas banking and finance practice. The role focuses on syndicated and bilateral lending, secured and unsecured finance transactions, and general banking matters for U.S. and cross-border clients.

The successful candidate will join a team handling sophisticated commercial finance work and will be expected to help grow the practice through client development and leadership within the office.

Established partner with a strong background in banking and finance transactions.
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; a portable client base or demonstrable origination history preferred.
Admission to the Texas bar (or eligibility) and experience working on syndicated and bilateral lending, secured financing, and related documentation.
Excellent commercial judgment, client-facing skills, and ability to mentor junior lawyers.
