Leading national firm seeks a lateral partner to build and lead a restructuring-focused practice in the Nashville office. The role will blend Chapter 11 bankruptcy and corporate restructuring work, advising debtors, creditors and corporate stakeholders on complex reorganizations and workouts.

The successful candidate will take a senior technical role on matters and help grow the local practice through client development and cross-office collaboration. There is a clear expectation that the hire will bring a portable practice and contribute to business origination.

Partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and related corporate work
Proven track record of leading Chapter 11 cases, workouts or creditor-side matters
Demonstrable business development experience and ability to bring or grow a portable practice
Admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction (or ability to obtain admission)
Strong leadership, client management and mentoring skills
