Experienced restructuring partner sought to join a well-regarded international law firm’s Boulder office. The role combines chapter 11/insolvency expertise with transactional corporate restructuring work across regional and national matters.

The new partner will lead engagements, supervise associates, and work closely with litigation and corporate teams on cross-practice matters. The team advises creditors, sponsors and corporate debtors on complex restructurings and out-of-court workout solutions.

Portable client relationships and a proven record of originating or growing restructuring-related work are welcome and will be supported by an established platform and national referral network.

Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s).
Established partner-level experience in bankruptcy, insolvency and corporate restructuring.
Proven leadership supervising deal teams and coordinating cross-practice matters.
Business development track record and ability to bring or grow client relationships.
