Partner — Bankruptcy & Corporate Restructuring, Sioux Falls

Senior commercial partner opportunity at a leading US law firm seeking an experienced restructuring and corporate-focused lawyer to join its Sioux Falls office. The role will lead complex insolvency, restructuring and distressed M&A matters and advise corporate clients across chapter 11 and out-of-court restructuring processes.

The position combines courtroom and transaction work, offering a platform to manage teams, develop client relationships and grow a portable restructuring practice. Candidates will join an established cross-office practice with national reach while based in Sioux Falls.

• Established partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and distressed corporate transactions.
• Proven track record leading chapter 11 cases and related corporate work.
• Demonstrated ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable practice or business development capability preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills; excellent drafting and advocacy abilities.
