Partner, Bankruptcy & Corporate — Washington, D.C.

Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy bankruptcy and corporate restructuring practice in Washington, D.C. The role will lead restructuring engagements, advise on chapter 11 matters and out-of-court restructurings, and handle related corporate and financing issues.

Ideal candidate will build and manage client relationships, lead deal teams, and contribute to practice development. A portable practice or demonstrable client origination is welcome.

• Established partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and related corporate work.
• Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable book considered.
• Experience leading teams on complex chapter 11 and out-of-court reorganizations.
• Admission to practice in DC (or willingness to qualify) and strong professional references.
