Established national law firm is recruiting a partner to lead and grow its bankruptcy, restructuring and distressed-debt practice from the Boston office. The role will focus on creditor-side work, restructurings and finance-related insolvent situations for corporate and financial clients.

The successful candidate will join a multi-disciplinary team and take a leading role on high-value engagements, working across finance and restructuring matters. There is an expectation that the partner will help expand the practice in the region and contribute to business development.

Open to candidates with an existing portable practice or proven origination ability in creditors' rights, distressed-debt or restructuring work.

Established partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring, creditors' rights and distressed-debt matters.
Proven track record leading complex creditor-side or debtor-side insolvency engagements.
Demonstrable business development skills; portable book of business or strong origination record preferred.
Bar admission and standing in the relevant jurisdiction(s).
