Established national law firm seeks a partner to join its Bankruptcy, Restructuring and Finance team in Bridgehampton. The role focuses on creditor-side matters, distressed debt and restructuring work across complex Chapter 11 cases and out-of-court workouts.

The team advises financial institutions, creditors’ committees and corporate stakeholders on restructuring strategy, claims resolution and debtor/creditor negotiations. The position offers leadership responsibility on matters and involvement in originating and expanding client relationships.

Transparent portable practice and client origination will be positively considered; the role suits an experienced partner looking to grow a creditor-focused practice within a large platform.

Partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring, creditors’ rights or distressed-debt work
Proven record advising creditors, lenders or creditor committees in complex restructurings
Strong litigation and/or workout negotiation skills; familiarity with Chapter 11 and related insolvency processes
Portable practice or demonstrable client origination capability preferred
