Partner, Bankruptcy & Restructuring — Long Island (Garden City)

Established national firm seeking a partner to join its Bankruptcy, Finance and Restructuring practice in the Long Island (Garden City) office. The role will focus on creditor-side insolvency, out-of-court workouts, and related finance matters.

Ideal candidates will lead client engagements, develop business, and work with a team across the firm’s debt and restructuring platform. The team handles complex creditor representation and restructuring matters for a range of commercial clients.

The firm welcomes partners with a portable practice or demonstrated ability to generate and expand client relationships.

• Experienced partner-level lawyer with a background in bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors' rights.
• Proven track record advising creditors, lenders or committees on insolvency and workout matters.
• Demonstrable business development ability or portable client relationships preferred.
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and ability to work from the Long Island (Garden City) office.
