Top-tier law firm seeking a lateral partner to join its Garden City (Long Island) office for a blended finance and intellectual property litigation practice. The role will handle complex commercial finance matters alongside high-value patent litigation and related IP disputes.

The successful candidate will join a multi-disciplinary practice team working on sophisticated leveraged and structured finance transactions and contested IP matters. This is a senior revenue-generating role with client responsibility and the opportunity to lead matters and grow a portable practice.

Established partner with demonstrable experience in finance (leveraged/structured) and patent or IP litigation
Proven track record of originating or managing client relationships; portable business preferred
Admission to the relevant state bar and JD (or equivalent)
Strong drafting, advocacy and deal-structuring skills; ability to lead teams
