Senior transactional and restructuring partner role joining a major global law firm’s Denver office. The team advises creditors, lenders and restructuring stakeholders on complex workouts, creditor-rights matters and financings.

The hire will take a leading role on chapter 11 restructurings, out-of-court restructurings and creditor-side financings, collaborating with national practice groups across the firm.

The firm is seeking a partner with an established restructuring/creditors' rights practice and the ability to originate and grow work in the Rocky Mountain market.

Established partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors' rights matters.
Track record advising lenders, creditors committees or creditor constituencies and handling chapter 11 and out-of-court restructurings.
Proven client development ability; portable practice or demonstrable business-development pipeline preferred.
Strong leadership and the ability to work cross-office on national, complex matters.
