Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its bankruptcy, restructuring and finance team in Florham Park. The role focuses on creditor-side work, distressed debt and restructurings across corporate bankruptcy and out-of-court workouts.

The partner will lead complex matters, supervise associates, and collaborate with finance and litigation colleagues on creditor-representation and restructuring strategies. The team handles sophisticated creditor-side engagements and advises lenders, noteholders and other stakeholders.

Portable client relationships are welcome; the firm is looking for a partner able to develop business and strengthen its creditor/ distressed-debt practice.

Established partner track record in bankruptcy, restructuring or creditors’ rights work
Experience handling distressed-debt, creditor-side or creditor-advisory matters
Proven ability to lead transactions and supervise teams
Business-development orientation; portable client relationships preferred
Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility to become admitted
