Senior partner-level role to join a highly regarded UK law firm s London restructuring and finance team. The post involves leading complex insolvency, restructuring and distressed-finance mandates across corporate and creditor-side instructions.

The role requires a partner who will supervise and develop a team, manage high-value matters, and work closely with corporate and lender clients on restructurings, formal insolvency processes and secured lending issues.

Candidates should have an established restructuring/finance practice and be able to bring client origination capacity; the position is aimed at candidates able to contribute a portable practice and immediate fee-generation.

Experienced partner with a strong track record in restructuring, insolvency and distressed/secured finance matters
Proven client origination and relationship-management ability; portable practice desirable
Experience leading teams and managing complex cross-disciplinary matters
Qualified to practise in England & Wales (or equivalent) and able to work from a London office
