Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Minneapolis bankruptcy, restructuring and finance practice. The role blends debtor/creditor restructuring work with distressed finance and creditors' rights matters, handling complex in-court and out-of-court solutions.

The partner will lead engagements, manage and mentor junior lawyers, and work with a cross-office team on regional and national restructurings and distressed-debt transactions. There is scope to grow a portable practice and contribute to business development.

Established partner with significant experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and distressed finance matters.
Proven track record on creditor and debtor-side representations, including creditors' rights and distressed-debt transactions.
Experience leading teams, supervising associates, and managing complex chapter proceedings and out-of-court restructurings.
Strong business-development and client-management skills; portable book of business preferred.
Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
