Nationally recognised law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Phoenix office to strengthen an established Bankruptcy, Restructuring and Finance practice. The role will focus on creditor-side work, restructuring mandates and related finance matters.

The successful candidate will handle contested insolvency matters and out-of-court restructurings, advise lenders and other creditors, and play a visible role developing team capabilities in the region. A portable practice or demonstrable client relationships are welcome.

Admission to practice in the relevant state(s).
Proven partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors' rights work.
Strong background on creditor-side finance and restructuring transactions and related litigation.
Track record of business development; ability to grow a regional practice and mentor junior lawyers.
