Established national firm seeks a partner to join its Salt Lake City team focusing on bankruptcy, restructuring and finance matters. The role combines courtroom and transactional work representing creditors, lenders and other stakeholders in complex restructurings and distressed-credit situations.

Successful candidate will lead engagements, develop client relationships in the regional market and collaborate with a national practice. A portable practice or demonstrable business development capacity is welcome.

Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction(s).
Established partner- or senior associate-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring or creditors' rights.
Proven experience on creditor-side, distressed-debt or finance matters.
Track record of originating or growing client relationships; portable practice preferred.
