Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Bankruptcy, Finance and Creditors' Rights team in San Diego. The role focuses on restructuring and distressed-debt matters across creditor and lender-side representations.

The partner will lead complex Chapter 11 and out-of-court restructurings, advise financial institutions and creditor constituencies, and work collaboratively with national finance and litigation teams. This is an opportunity to develop a regional platform while leveraging broader firm resources.

Established partner with significant experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors' rights.
Demonstrated work advising lenders, creditors' committees, or creditor-side constituencies on distressed financings and restructurings.
Active admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction (California) or ability to transfer admission.
Track record of originating and maintaining client relationships; portable practice welcome.
