Partner — Bankruptcy & Restructuring, Austin

Leading international law firm seeks a partner to join its Austin restructuring and bankruptcy team. The role focuses on creditor-side and finance-related restructuring matters, advising lenders, creditor committees and other stakeholders on complex chapter 11 and out-of-court workouts.

The team works on cross-border and domestic matters alongside a national restructuring platform; the ideal candidate will amplify the office s capabilities and help expand client relationships in the region. A portable practice or demonstrable origination record is welcome.

• Established partner with significant experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors rights work
• Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable practice preferred
• Strong technical skills on chapter 11, workouts and creditor-side strategies
• Admission to practice in a relevant US jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission
