Well-established US law firm is seeking a partner to grow and lead its Bankruptcy & Restructuring practice in the Boston office. The role will focus on creditor-side and debtor-side corporate restructuring work across a range of industries.

The successful candidate will join an experienced team and will play a client-facing role, taking responsibility for originating and managing matters, mentoring junior lawyers, and helping develop the practice locally and regionally.

Proven track record in bankruptcy and corporate restructuring matters at partner or senior counsel level
Demonstrable client development skills; a portable practice or ability to generate business is preferred
Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities, with experience supervising associates
Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to become admitted
