Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy Bankruptcy & Restructuring group in Charlotte. The role will lead complex insolvency matters, advise both debtors and creditors, and work closely with a regional team handling chapter 11 and out-of-court restructurings.

The team offers broad transactional and litigation exposure, including contested matters, creditor-side work, and distressed asset transactions. The firm supports portable practices and welcomes partners who can bring or build a client base in the region.

Established partner-level bankruptcy practice with substantial chapter 11 and restructuring experience
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable book of business preferred
Strong litigation and negotiation skills, comfortable in contested insolvency proceedings
Team leadership and mentorship experience; able to develop associates and collaborate across practices
