Senior partner hire to join a leading international law firm’s Bankruptcy & Restructuring group in Charlotte. The role focuses on debtor/creditor representation, out-of-court workouts, and restructuring matters with a close connection to finance and creditors rights work.

The team handles complex insolvency and credit-related matters for financial institutions, corporate debtors and creditor constituencies. The role offers client-facing leadership, business development for a portable practice, and collaboration across restructuring and finance teams.

Established partner with significant experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors rights matters.
Track record of leading complex restructurings, contested insolvency litigation or creditor-side representations.
Proven business development ability; a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships preferred.
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and ability to practice in North Carolina.
