Partner, Bankruptcy & Restructuring - Delaware

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a bankruptcy and corporate restructuring practice in the firm's Delaware office. The role will handle complex chapter 11 restructurings, creditor and debtor-side work, and related corporate insolvency matters.

The successful candidate will join an established team and be expected to originate and manage significant matters, mentor associates, and work closely with corporate and finance colleagues on cross-practice engagements. A portable practice or demonstrable client-development record is welcomed.

• Proven partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and related corporate work.
• Track record of originating or developing client relationships and managing significant matters.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and courtroom advocacy skills.
• Ability to lead teams and collaborate across corporate and finance practices.
• Active bar admission and good professional standing.
