Senior bankruptcy/restructuring partner role in a busy Denver office of a national law firm. The practice handles creditor and debtor-side matters, out-of-court restructurings and contested insolvency proceedings across industries.

The hire will lead and grow a commercial restructuring practice, supervise associates, and work closely with the broader corporate and finance teams on cross-practice matters. The role is suitable for an experienced partner able to manage significant matters and develop client relationships.

Portable business is welcomed; there is a clear expectation to build and contribute to a regional/national insolvency platform.

Established partner-level experience in bankruptcy and restructuring matters
Track record leading complex Chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings
Proven client development and team leadership skills; portable practice preferred
Admission to the relevant state bar or ability to obtain admission
